ABOUT THE ENTERPRISE
The enterprise was set up in September of the 1991
st year, in November of the 1995 year the trademark was registered.
¹ 36585-08 - for installation, ¹ 36584-08 - for start-adjusting works and ¹
36583-08 - for maintenance of equipment and electrical equipment for chemical
manufactures and processes where formation of highly explosive means is possible
(CAM).
In the 2000 year the enterprise had state re-registration and now it goes in public register
as ¹ 100041294.
Measuring equipment and the system in the whole have the certificate of ratification
of the type of measuring means of Republic of Belarus ¹ 807 from 21.12.98 and
of Russian Federation ¹ 2981 from 10.10.97 and the certificate of the explosion-proof
of the electrical equipment by Glavgosenergonadzor of Russia ¹ 97C17.
Developed and manufactured set of automation means for oil products supplying
field provides the possibility for step-by-step application (or on the integrated
scheme) of integrated information-analytical control system of the company including
subsidiary enterprises and storehouses (petroleum storage depots and filling stations).
In this case the distributed data processing at enterprises and regular database
maintenance for consolidated balance of the company (association) is provided.
The permanent staff consists of 18 people. The members of the enterprise are subdivided into departments.
There are three departments all together: the department of electronic equipment
development and manufacturing (7 people); the department of software development
(8 people), the managerial department (3 people). The description of each department
potentialities is given in the description of each department hereinafter in the
text.
In the 2000 year the enterprise established a subsidiary enterprise on woodworking,
moreover it redeemed a small woodworking plant.
Our enterprise's policy of work with business partners is consistency and mutual assistance!
BRIEF REVIEW OF THE MAIN OUTPUT OF THE ENTERPRISE
- "Information-Analytical System of Enterprise (Company) Control " - "Segments/IB" was developed 1995-2001 years, it was applied in five petroleum
storage depots of private companies. Now the idea of it complex applying in the
enterprises of "Belneftehim" Concern in the 2004-2006 years is being prepared.
- "Computer Aided Manufacturing System of the Process of Tank Trucks Loading with
Oil Products" (CAM), the developments of 1995, 1998, 2001 years:
2.1. "Loading-95" - was applied in 5 petroleum storage depots with general number of controlled
CAM of Loading-5H "Sigma" for 90 positions in the 1995-1998 years.
2.2. "Loading-98" - was applied in 4 petroleum storage depots with general number of controlled
CAM of Loading-5H "Sigma" for 42 positions in the 1998-2000 years.
2.3. "Loading-2001" - was applied in 6 petroleum storage depots with general number of controlled
CAM of Loading-5H "Sigma" for 60 positions in the 2001-2003 years.
- "Automatized Measurement System of Oil Products Mass in Tanks" - سبد9602 (the equipment of the enterprise of the Measuring Equipment Institute,
Korolev city), in the 1999-2003 years was applied at 8 petroleum storage depots
plus equipping them with measuring instruments of oil products parameters in 60
tanks; at 14 filling stations of petroleum storage depots plus equipping them
with measuring instruments of oil products parameters in 90 tanks.
- "Clearing Settlement System of Oil Products Selling at Filling Station on Electronic
Cards" - "Filling Station-Service" was developed 1994-1995 years, in the 1996-2001 years was applied at 86 filling
station in Belarus. Nowadays a new "Automatized Control System - ZUBR" is developed.
The system provides electronic control of fuel dispenser column of different
models.
THE DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT
The department is a structural unit within the framework of the unitary enterprise "Analytic-Service".
It was founded in the 1993
rd year. The purpose of the department creation was the solution of tasks on the
development of new products, small-lot manufacturing and maintenance of radio
electronic devices that are used in automatized control systems made by the enterprise.
At present time the framework of the tasks that are solved by the department has
greatly increased. The department has started to develop independent equipment
that are the additional products offered by the enterprise on the market.
The staff of the department consists of 7 permanent development-engineers. If necessary it is possible to
extend the staff of the department to 16 people, thanks to bringing in approved
specialists on the contract base for definite project.
If necessary and having a letter contract, the work with the customer can go on gentle conditions.
It means that the development-engineer takes upon himself the customer's mistakes.
During the years of work the department has got trust among suppliers of radio-electronic
elements and at present time our manufacturing has the credit character.
POTENTIALITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT
Development and maintenance of software of medium-scale difficulty in ASSEMBLER,
IAR C(C++) languages for microcontrolles (MCU) of the following families: PIC,
AVR, 8086, 8051(8048). With the use of the object-oriented approach to the designing,
development and implementation of software code.
Development and maintenance of small projects in VHDL language for CPLD, FPGA
(Altera, Xilinx).
Development of printed circuit cards(boards) to the 4
th class of fidelity and to the 6
th layers. In the designing systems OrCad9.X, PCAD2000. The preparation and the
output of files for concrete equipment are possible.
Production of printed circuit cards(boards) to the 4

th layers. The production of printed circuit cards with gold and nickel application
on them is agreed upon separately!
Development of radio-electronic equipment from a sensor to a device of medium-scale
difficulty. The development of equipment used in medicine is possible, the development
of the equipment for highly explosive and fire risky industries (Ex), automotive
engineering is done.
Testing to receive a certificate of implosion protection degree that is valid
for Commonwealth of Independent States' countries.
Testing of the equipment stability to temperatures in heat-chamber, to pressure
in altitude chamber, to vibration in vibration plant, to moisture in moisture
chamber, to shock electrical actions.
Carrying on of the metrological certification with the following receiving of
the justifying certificate.
We're making the production and maintenance of the pre-production models, of
small and mean lots of radio electronic equipment. The solder is made in the nitrogen
medium, with 100% X-ray control, electrical testing is possible. The solder of
BGA and FLIP-CHIP packages is possible.

THE DEPARTMENT OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
The department is a structural unit within the framework of the unitary enterprise "Analitic-Service".
It was founded in the 1992
nd year. The purpose of the department creation was the solution of tasks on the development and maintenance of new software
that is used in the systems of automated control created by the enterprise. At
present time the framework of the tasks that are solved by the department has
greatly increased. This department carries on works on custom-made software, on
the software interacting with hardware environment, such as computer and any other
equipment. The department develops the software with the use of modern technologies.
The staff of the department consists of 8 permanent engineer-programmers. One of them had a traineeship in
Germany. If necessary it is possible to extend the staff of the department, thanks
to bringing in additional specialists for definite projects.
POTENTIALITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT
Development and maintenance of software of medium-scale difficulty in ASSEMBLER (x86), C/C++, Delphi, Builder
C++, Visual C++, Visual C#, DotNET, Stingray Objective Studio (RogueWave), ComponentOne,
MapX, Java, Windows SDK, (Socket, RAS, COM and etc.), Interbase, Oracle, MS SQL,
eToken SDK, iButton SDK, Synopsis PLI, Linux, Palm, Pocket PC, Sun languages with
the use of the object-oriented approach to the designing, development and implementation
of software code.
Development and maintenance of small projects for Web with the use of PHP, MySQL, Java.
Development and maintenance of drivers and other programs that interact with
hardware environment using Visual C++, Linux, Windows DDK, Sun DDK languages.
